New York City Council pulls motorcycle noise bill

Late last week the New York City Council Committee on Public Safety held a hearing on Introduction No. 416 A titled; “A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the parking of motorcycles equipped with straight pipes on the streets of the city of New York.”
